Meet Linda Wilder page 2

Linda began her career in the public sector in 1978 at the Hamblen County Sheriff's Department.	She worked at the "old" jail which has since been torn down.
A new jail was built in 1979.	Tron tries out the new phone system at the Justice Center in 1980.

 In 1981 Linda was one of the first women hired by the Tennessee Highway Patrol to issue drivers licenses.  She helped accomplish many milestones during her 17-year tenure with the Department of Safety. She enjoyed helpng the public and made many new friends along the way.
